These are the prettiest Amethyst faceted ovals that we have had as they are African Amethyst and therefore are a deeper shade of purple. They are very shiny indeed, with minor inclusions that due their colour and shininess are not very noticeable.

Beads measure around 10x7mm in size, and are therefore larger than our last batch, with the richest deep colour! Slight size variation between beads.

Amethyst is a purple variety of quartz and is the traditional birthstone for February. We have both light and dark Amethyst available, Brazilian and African varieties.
